Amy's Place
Amy's place is the central location for all of our service with short term respite at our core. We are a place for education, communication, and support catered to anyone and everyone impacted by dementia.

HEADTalks Series
Join us each month for a new topic. This year, we'll be discussing an overview of dementia services in Whatcom County, Advance Care Planning, Care for the Caregiver, and many more essential and frequently asked-about topics

Project Lifesaver
Learn more about DSNW's partnership with Whatcom Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue team to bring Project Lifesaver to Whatcom County, and if it might be a good fit for your family or friends living with dementia.

Support Groups
Welcoming groups where caregivers and family members share experiences, learn from one another, and find encouragement — no one should face dementia alone. Groups meet regularly around Whatcom County.

Short-Term Respite and Dynamic Duos
Respite allows caregivers to drop off their loved one living with dementia at Amy's Place for up to two hours. Dynamic Duos welcomes both the person living with dementia and their care partner together.
