Announcing our new Executive Director
Friday, April 9, 2021

On behalf of DSNW Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce Daniel (Dan)
Gray is DSNW’s new Executive Director, effective April 12, 2021.
The Board made this selection based on Dan’s knowledge and experience in
public/nonprofit management and his professional achievements. Dan has a
passion for working with the dementia community with past experience at
Generations Assisted Living and Long-Term Care in Idaho. Dan describes himself
as a service-oriented individual looking for a leadership role “with a purpose.”
Dan successfully ran a nonprofit in Moscow, Idaho which grew and prospered
under his leadership. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration
(including non-profit education) from the University of Idaho.
We are confident that Dan’s many talents, collaborative and engaging leadership
approach, and past experiences with the dementia community will help us to
continue in our role as “the organization” that has for the past 37 years provided
support, education and resources to persons affected by dementia, their loved
ones and their caregivers.
Our gratitude goes to Joann Clemo, our departing Executive Director, for all of her
work and her accomplishments on behalf of DSNW. The transition from Joann
Clemo to Dan will be a smooth one. Joann has accomplished much in her tenure
as Executive Director and will be passing that legacy on to Dan.

Please join us in welcoming Dan Gray to DSNW!

Sincerely,

Anne Bowen, Interim Chair, Board of Directors, DSNW
